Overview

Paletto Studio is a color tool for surface pattern designers. By using Paletto Studio, you agree to these terms.

Using Paletto Studio

• You must be 13 or older to create an account.
• You're responsible for keeping your account secure.
• Don't use Paletto Studio for anything illegal or harmful.
• Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service.

Your content

You own your designs and palettes. We don't claim any rights over the images you upload or the palettes you create. Images are processed locally in your browser and are never stored on our servers.

Service availability

We may change, pause, or discontinue features at any time without notice. If you delete your account, we'll delete your saved palette data within 30 days. If we discontinue Paletto Studio entirely, we'll give reasonable notice and the opportunity to export your data before deletion.

No warranty

Paletto Studio is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that the tool will be error-free or that exported colors will match physical print output — monitor calibration and substrate variation affect printed results.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paletto Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of Paletto Studio after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
